Who operates this site?

Ahmet Berberoğlu, a sole proprietor in Türkiye operating under the Optinomos name, is the data controller for this marketing website and related business inquiries. This notice does not cover the separate application or retailers’ customer and operational data.

Website visits and cookies

This site has no contact form, account registration or payment collection. The Optinomos page code does not set cookies or use browser storage and contains no analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts or third-party embeds.

Hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process IP addresses, requested pages, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The private preview platform, where used, has its own sign-in and technical processing.

If you contact us

If you email hello@optinomos.ai, we receive your address, the information you choose to include, your message and any attachments. We use this information to respond to the discussion you initiate. Please do not send customer records, prescriptions, health information, identity documents, passwords or payment-card details.

Purposes and legal grounds

Necessary website delivery, security and responding to business inquiries are based on legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5(2)(f), subject to necessity and protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where applicable, legal obligations and establishing, exercising or protecting a right are based on Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e).

Providers and retention

Cloudflare provides domain services and the public website’s hosting through Cloudflare Pages. Apple iCloud Mail provides email services. These services can involve processing outside Türkiye. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

Correspondence is used for the inquiry and any continuing discussion; any further retention must be justified by an ongoing purpose, legal obligation or legal claim. Technical-log handling and retention depend on the infrastructure services and settings.

Your rights and contact

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients, correction and, where legal conditions apply, deletion or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
